As a Banking Sales Executive in UAE, you will be responsible for promoting credit cards, personal loans, and retail banking products, generating leads, and acquiring new customers in a competitive Dubai market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of credit cards, personal loans, and retail banking products in Dubai through direct sales and field sales activities
- Identify and generate leads using cold calling, telesales, client referrals, and outdoor sales strategies
- Build strong customer relationships to enhance client acquisition and customer retention in banking sales
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for sales executive jobs in UAE banking sector
- Educate customers on financial products, loan eligibility, interest rates, and banking services
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with UAE banking regulations and policies
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects through lead generation and sales funnel management
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of customers for credit card and loan processing
Qualifications- Minimum 3+ years of experience in banking sales, credit card sales, or personal loan sales
- Experience in UAE banking jobs or home country financial sales experience will be considered
- Strong communication skills for customer handling, telesales, and client interaction
- Proven ability to achieve targets in sales jobs in Dubai or financial services sales roles
- Good understanding of retail banking products, financial services, and sales techniques
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven sales environment in UAE
