Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Manager – Aluminium & Glass Division to lead and oversee aluminium, glazing, curtain wall, and glass partition projects across UAE operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, project management capabilities, and business development skills within the aluminium and glass industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle aluminium, glazing, façade, and glass partition projects from start to completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Conduct site inspections and monitor installation quality
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and technical staff
• Review technical drawings and project specifications
• Prepare progress reports and project updates for management
• Resolve technical and operational challenges effectively
• Build long-term relationships with clients and business partners
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for material planning
• Ensure adherence to UAE construction and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of UAE/Dubai experience in aluminium and glass industry
• Strong knowledge of aluminium systems, glazing, curtain walls, and glass partitions
• Proven experience in project management and site coordination
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• UAE market knowledge is mandatory
