Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing cost estimates for construction and interior projects
Create and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
Support in tender documentation and pricing analysis
Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and vendors
Update estimation data using Excel spreadsheets
Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings accurately
Ensure cost accuracy and compliance with project budgets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction / Quantity Surveying or related field
Basic experience or strong knowledge of construction estimation
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
Understanding of materials, labor costs, and market rates in the UAE
Good analytical and communication skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in construction or interior fit-out projects
Knowledge of UAE construction standards and practices
Ability to work under deadlines
Immediate joiners preferred
