Key Responsibilities
Production Coordination
Support daily production planning and scheduling activities
Monitor raw material consumption and finished goods output
Coordinate with production teams to ensure targets, timelines, and quality standards are met
Identify production issues and report them to management

Quality & Safety Compliance
Support implementation and compliance with ISO, HSE, and QA/QC procedures

Administrative & Reporting
Maintain accurate production, dispatch, and operational reports
Monitor plant performance KPIs and assist management with analysis and reporting

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
3–4 years of relevant experience in industrial, manufacturing, or chemical sectors
Practical understanding of production processes and plant operations
Knowledge of quality systems, safety standards, and compliance requirements
Strong coordination, reporting, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
