Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Calibration Incharge to manage and control all calibration activities within the organization. The candidate will ensure that all measuring instruments and equipment are accurate, properly maintained, and compliant with industry and ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage calibration schedules for all instruments.
Ensure timely calibration of equipment as per company standards.
Maintain proper documentation and calibration records.
Coordinate with third-party calibration service providers when required.
Ensure compliance with ISO and QA/QC standards.
Support internal and external audits related to calibration.
Supervise calibration technicians and provide technical guidance.
Identify faulty equipment and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
3–5 years of relevant experience in calibration or instrumentation.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or oil & gas sector preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of calibration procedures and standards.
Familiarity with ISO quality systems.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong documentation and reporting ability.
