Territory: GCC, Levant and Parts of Africa
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and achieve Sales Business Plan for the region for Parts and Accessories.
- Analyze sales performance and Gross Profit achievement to meet company objectives.
- Develop customer engagement programs with channel partners to improve business.
- Enhance dealer relationships through effective communication and guidance.
- Improve dealer business operations using company guidelines and operational audits.
- Capture competitor activities and suggest corrective action plans.
- Drive penetration of Genuine Oils, Tyres, and Batteries.
- Develop and deliver training programs for dealer staff.
- Mentor and monitor team members to achieve KPIs and continuous improvement.
- Utilize Digital tools for accurate business tracking and forecasting.
General:
- Analyze sales results and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in setting the sales and pricing strategy.
- Plan and conduct market research for new opportunities.
Reporting
- Weekly / Monthly reporting on sales situation, target achievement, and gap analysis.
- Monthly PDCA review for business improvement and action planning.
KPI’s
- Parts Sales / Units, Accessory Sales / Unit.
- Gross Profit by product and by model.
- Budget monitoring (Plan vs Actual).
- Dealer CSI improvement and target achievement.
Background & Qualification:
Graduate in Business, Engineering, or Commerce with 10–15 years of experience in automotive parts sales (OEM level).
Knowledge
- Channel Management and Dealer Operations.
- CRM / DMS Systems and Business Analytics.
- English and Arabic language proficiency.
Communication, Negotiation, and Team Leadership.
Computer skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
