Job Responsibilities
Sales Planning & Strategy
Support the development of sales plans and strategies.
Assist in setting monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor sales performance against targets.
Identify opportunities to improve sales growth.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze sales data and market trends.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Track KPIs and performance metrics.
Provide insights to management for decision-making.
Forecasting & Budgeting
Assist in sales forecasting and demand planning.
Support budget preparation and sales projections.
Monitor revenue performance and profitability.
Coordination & Communication
Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams.
Support product launches and promotional campaigns.
Ensure smooth communication between departments.
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Experience
5-10 years of experience in sales planning, sales analysis, or business development.
Experience in UAE market is preferred.
Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Knowledge of sales forecasting and budgeting.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution sector.
Knowledge of CRM systems and ERP software.
MBA or relevant certification is an advantage.
