Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Finance Manager  in Ras Al Khaimah with a strong background in UAE taxation, financial reporting, and ERP systems. This role is ideal for candidates with proven experience in manufacturing or industrial accounting who can handle end-to-end finance operations, including finalization of accounts and budget forecasting.

The ideal candidate for this accountant job in UAE manufacturing sector will play a key role in managing financial processes, ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations, and supporting business decision-making through accurate financial insights

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end accounting and finance operations in a manufacturing or industrial company
  • Handle finalization of accounts, financial statements, and month-end/year-end closing
  • Ensure compliance with UAE taxation, VAT regulations, and financial reporting standards
  • Prepare and analyze budget forecasting, financial planning, and cost control reports
  • Work extensively on ERP systems for accounting, financial reporting, and data management
  • Monitor and manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
  • Coordinate audits and ensure proper documentation for internal and external audits in UAE
  • Supervise junior accounting staff and support team development in finance operations
  • Provide financial insights and reports to management for strategic decision-making

     Qualifications

    • 5–6 years of experience in accounting jobs in UAE, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sector
    • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, taxation, and financial compliance requirements
    • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar accounting software
    • Expertise in finalization of accounts, financial reporting, and audit handling
    • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
    • Good communication skills for cross-functional coordination and reporting
