Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Administrator cum Accounts Assistant UAE to handle day-to-day administrative support along with basic accounting responsibilities. The role requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to manage office and financial records efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative support and office coordination tasks.
Manage basic accounting duties including invoicing, petty cash handling, and expense tracking.
Perform reconciliation of accounts and maintain financial records.
Prepare invoices, follow up on payments, and maintain proper documentation.
Assist in data entry, filing, and record management.
Coordinate with internal departments for administrative and accounting support.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all admin and accounting activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Administration preferred.
Previous experience in administration and basic accounting roles.
Knowledge of invoicing, petty cash management, and reconciliation.
Basic understanding of accounting software and MS Excel.
Good organizational and communication skills.
