Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 3–4 years of experience in accounts and administration (preferably in a manufacturing or construction chemical environment).
- Proficiency in Tally / QuickBooks / ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT and basic HR/labor procedures.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic/Hindi is a plus.
Accounting & Finance:
- Handle daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, supplier payments, and petty cash.
- Prepare invoices, LPOs, delivery notes, and credit/debit notes.
- Track customer payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Assist in monthly closing, VAT filing, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and suppliers when required.
Coordination & Reporting:
- Support communication between management, production, and logistics teams.
- Prepare reports on expenses, stock purchases, and administrative costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor and tax regulations.
