Act as project manager for assigned projects from sales intake to final handover
Study project scope, specifications, drawings, and quotations in detail

Conduct kick-off meetings, site visits, and site surveys for shop drawings and execution
Coordinate with customers to clarify scope, site readiness, and project timelines
Order required products and materials, follow up on deliveries, and update customers
Coordinate professionally with project teams, departments, contractors, consultants, and end users
Physically inspect sites for clearances, frame supports, and finish requirements before mobilization
Lead and coordinate installation teams across different Emirates in the UAE
Ensure quality checking during installation and final delivery
Ensure HSE awareness and implementation at all project sites
Handle export project coordination when required
Manage complete project documentation including shop drawings, WIRs, MIRs, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, T&C reports, and customer training
Prepare project reports and report to the Technical Manager / General Manager
