Accounts & Admin Assistant

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 3–4 years of experience in accounts and administration (preferably in a manufacturing or construction chemical environment).
  • Proficiency in Tally / QuickBooks / ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of UAE VAT and basic HR/labor procedures.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills in English; Arabic/Hindi is a plus.

Accounting & Finance:

  • Handle daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliation.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, supplier payments, and petty cash.
  • Prepare invoices, LPOs, delivery notes, and credit/debit notes.
  • Track customer payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
  • Assist in monthly closing, VAT filing, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and suppliers when required.

Coordination & Reporting:

  • Support communication between management, production, and logistics teams.
  • Prepare reports on expenses, stock purchases, and administrative costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor and tax regulations.
