Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Laboratory Engineer with a strong background in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in laboratory operations, material testing, and formulation development. The candidate must be capable of developing new formulations, conducting material tests, analyzing results, and ensuring product quality in accordance with industry standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and improve new chemical formulations based on product requirements and industry specifications.
- Conduct laboratory testing and analysis of raw materials, finished products, and other materials.
- Perform material testing to evaluate product quality, performance, durability, and compliance with required standards.
- Analyze test results, prepare technical reports, and maintain accurate laboratory records.
- Identify and troubleshoot formulation or material performance issues and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct experiments and trials to improve existing formulations, product quality, and performance.
- Ensure laboratory equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and used according to established procedures.
- Follow laboratory safety procedures, quality control processes, and relevant industry standards.
- Coordinate with production, quality control, and technical teams to support product development and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of test methods, formulations, results, and laboratory activities.
