Job Summary 

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a
similar industry.
✓ Good knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory handling, receiving,
picking, packing, and dispatching.
✓ Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
✓ Good communication and teamwork skills.
✓ Ability to prepare freight estimates, calculate dimensional weight, and
handle invoices and percentage calculations.
✓ Good understanding of health, safety, and warehouse procedures.
✓ Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely; valid forklift license
✓ Ability to handle physical warehouse activities safely.
✓ Ability to work under operational pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualification

1. Conducting inbound Quality Assurance & Quality Control.
2. Allocating bin location to the items as per their dimensions and type.
3. Conducting Outbound packing quality check.
4. Recording the received stock keeping unit.
5. Packing materials efficiently considering the transport handling.
6. Organizing the received items in their particular bin location.
7. Offloading and loading materials to and from the container
8. Efficiently using the forklift to load and unload lengthy materials around 6.5
meter.
9. Auditing of incoming and outgoing materials by verifying physical vs system
entries.
10. Ensuring proper documentation is issued prior releasing or receiving
shipments from Jebel Ali Free Zone.
11. Inspecting the equipment’s used in the warehouse are up to date and as per
the safety guidelines.
12. Managing petty cash for the miscellaneous warehouse supplies and
shipment related expenses.
13. Preparing report related to pending and packed shipment in the warehouse
14. Maintaining a tracker for the serial numbers for all outbound automatic
operators
