Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor with a strong background in Interior Fit-Out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, coordinating with subcontractors, and delivering projects safely and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all civil and interior fit-out activities at the project site.
- Coordinate daily site operations and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the planned schedule.
- Manage and supervise subcontractors, labor, and site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and report project updates.
- Monitor material usage and ensure timely availability of required materials.
- Prepare daily site reports and maintain project documentation.
