Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Jazeera Al Hamra, Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have solid accounting experience in the UAE and a strong understanding of taxation, bookkeeping, and financial record management. This role is best suited for someone who is organized, reliable, and committed to long-term employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage VAT and Corporate Tax filings in compliance with UAE regulations.
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial records.
- Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting entries.
- Process invoices and ensure timely billing.
- Enter and maintain financial data with accuracy.
- Assist with administrative and office-related tasks.
- Reconcile accounts and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Accounting or a related field.
- CPA or CMA certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience in the UAE (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
