We are currently hiring an experienced Sales Manager for our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in coatings sales, industrial coatings, paints, protective coatings, or related industries.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales activities for coating products and solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in coatings sales or related industry
- Strong knowledge of industrial coatings, paints, or protective coating products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage clients and generate business opportunities
- Valid driving license preferred
- GCC experience will be an added advantage
