Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Civil Estimator with Interior Fit-Out experience to prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and tender submissions for interior and fit-out projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of project costing, materials, and estimation processes related to interior works.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review tender documents, drawings, and fit-out specifications
• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and detailed cost estimates
• Analyze project costs including materials, labor, and subcontractor pricing
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare tender and bid submissions accurately and within deadlines
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams
• Monitor market prices and material costs
• Support budgeting and project planning activities
• Ensure estimation accuracy for interior and fit-out works
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in civil estimation and interior fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of interior materials and fit-out works
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
