Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with strong Interior Fit-Out experience to manage and supervise interior construction projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in site execution, project coordination, quality control, and handling fit-out works within commercial, residential, or hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion
• Supervise civil and fit-out site activities
• Review drawings, BOQ, and project specifications
• Coordinate with designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, and materials
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and progress monitoring
• Prepare daily and weekly project reports
• Resolve site-related technical and operational issues
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and timelines
Requirements:
• Experience in interior fit-out projects is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of civil construction and interior works
• Ability to manage multiple projects and site teams
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of project execution and site supervision
