We are looking for a motivated Business Developer to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and increasing company revenue. The role requires strong sales skills and a good understanding of the UAE market.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in RAK and across the UAE.
Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct meetings and site visits when required.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare regular sales reports and update CRM records.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within the UAE.
Experience in Ras Al Khaimah market is preferred.
Skills Required
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Good knowledge of UAE business environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
