Overview
As an Exhibition Promoter, you will serve as the face of the brand or client at major trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events across Dubai. With 1–3 years of experience, you will be responsible for attracting visitors to the booth, explaining products or services, and generating high-quality leads in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Visitor Engagement: Proactively greet and approach visitors at exhibition stands to introduce the company’s products or services.
Product Demonstration: Clearly explain features, benefits, and technical specifications to potential clients or partners.
Lead Generation: Collect visitor contact information through digital apps or lead forms and qualify potential business prospects for the sales team.
Brand Ambassadorship: Maintain a high level of energy, professionalism, and a positive brand image throughout long event hours.
Crowd Management: Assist in managing the flow of visitors within the booth and ensuring promotional materials (brochures, giveaways) are well-stocked.
Feedback Reporting: Provide daily summaries to the event manager regarding visitor queries, common interests, and competitor activity on the floor.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in promotions, sales, or customer service, ideally within the UAE event industry.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long durations and maintain a high level of enthusiasm during multi-day exhibitions.
Documentation: Candidates with a valid UAE Visa (Residence/Freelance/Husband’s/Father’s) or those eligible for temporary event permits are typically preferred.
